On a jack-high flop, Chris Staats and Russel Coch got their chips into the middle, with Koch covering.
Staats flipped over jack-deuce for a pair of jacks but then Coch tabled jack-nine to out-kick him.
The runout failed to provide any assistance to Staats and he was eliminated in 10th place for $1,200.
