David Munsey on the button opened to 60,000 preflop and was called by Dexter Baier in the small blind.
The flop came out [4d9c5h] and Munsey announced a bet of 100,000 but did not realize he did so out of turn, as the action was still on Baier. Baier didn't seem to notice, however, and went ahead and bet out 48,000.
Munsey then announced a raise to 148,000 and the action was back on Baier who went deep into the tank.
"Sorry guys," Baier apologized to the table for taking so long, "It's an all-in or fold here, I'm never just calling in this spot."
After another minute or so, Baier finally announced a fold and then Munsey showed him the good of [QcJc] for a whopping queen-high to take the pot.
"Ah, nice raise," Baier admitted as the pot was pushed to Munsey.
