Rick Welch Eliminated in 11th Place ($550); Players Bag

Short-stacked Rick Welch moved all in preflop and was called by both Leighton Thompson and Cody Ross.

Thompson and Ross checked it all the way down the board of [qc4d7d2h3c] and went to showdown.

Welch shook his head and showed [js10h] for jack high, which was good enough to beat Thompson who said he had ten-high and mucked. Unfortunately for him, Ross flipped over [3s9d] for a pair of threes on the river to send Welch to the rail in 11th place.

With his bustout, the surviving players have now all earned a bag and will advance to Day 2 on Sunday.
