Aden Salazar opened to 100,000 preflop and was called by Dara Taherpour, but then Francisco Miranda moved all in for 400,000.
Salazar decided re-raised to 825,000, but then Taherpour back-jammed for 1,590,000, which sent Salazar deep into the tank, as that was the majority of his stack.
"I think you just have ace-king," Salazar began to think aloud,"What are you just flatting with and then back-jamming?"
After another minute of this, Salazar set out a stack of chips to make the call, putting Taherpour at risk.
Miranda: [AcKd]
Taherpour: [8h8c]
Salazar: [3h3c]
"Alright, well, these are the ones you have to win," Salazar said, and sure enough, the flop came out [Jd6c3s] to give him a set of threes for a huge lead. The table was in awe as the board ran out [10c9s] and the massive pot was shipped over to Salazar while Taherpour and Miranda hit the rail.
Salazar - 2,550,000
