Shovkovyi Snap-Calls; Normand Exits

After a preflop open from Jacob Burnett and a call from Eitan Werber, Derek Normand moved all in. He was then snap-called by Vlad Shovkovyi for less while the rest of the table got out of the way.

Shovkovyi was in the lead with his ace-high, and he greatly improved on the flop of [Ac8c9d] to two pair. The [10c] on the turn gave Normand outs to a ten or jack, but the river was the brick [3s] to award the pot to Shovkovyi for the double.

Normand was then left relatively short and wound up exiting a few hands later.
